PRINVEST is a British Real Estate Agency that wants to build a marketplace-like website for people who want to buy, sell, rent or lease properties.

PRINVEST required a friendly and modern interface for their real estate platform. It had to cater to people looking to do all kinds of real estate operations: from buying and selling to renting and leasing properties.

PRINVEST’s homepage interweaves functional and reputational elements harmoniously, providing detailed information about the company and their advantages without harming the overall functionality of the page.

Estates page lets you filter available listings by operation type, property type and location. This way, a businessman looking to sell a house in London is equally close to finding necessary listings as a student looking to rent an apartment in Cambridge.

Featured Estates

Website administrators to choose which properties to pin at the top of the website, leading to increase interest in selected properties and more visits to their respective pages.

Filter Search Bar

The search bar is situated at the most prominent place right on the first screen of the website’s homepage. With a single click and a quick type visitors are able to view listings for the type of operation that interests them in the location of their choice.

Frequently Asked Questions

PRINVEST FAQs are expandable and offer comprehensive answers into the common questions that often arise. FAQs are contained in a separate block that can be expanded and reused on other pages of the website as required and contain a lot of information in a compact package.
